At Kim Studios, we take pride in ensuring every order is carefully packed and shipped. We only accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • The item is defective or damaged due to manufacturing issues

  • The item was wrong or damaged during shipping

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must be in unused, new condition, and in its original packaging

  • You must provide photos of the issue and proof of purchase

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We do not accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Dissatisfaction with product style or personal preference

  • Accidental order

Refunds (If Approved)

Once your return request is approved and we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you by email. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days if approved.

If the returned item is found to be used, incomplete, or not matching the original issue claimed, a partial refund or no refund will be given.

Replacements

We are happy to replace items if they are found to be defective or damaged during delivery. Please contact us promptly with photos and details.

Shipping Policy for Returns

  • For approved returns due to quality or shipping issues, Kim Studios will cover the return shipping fee.

  • We may send a return label or refund the shipping fee upon receiving valid proof of cost.

  • Please use a trackable shipping service for your return. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Final Sale Items

All items not covered under quality or logistics issues are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or credit.

Important Notes

  • If your package is marked “delivered” by the courier, but you didn’t receive it, please contact the courier directly. Kim Studios is not liable for stolen/lost packages after delivery is confirmed.

  • If a package is lost by the courier or marked as returned to sender, we will assist you in arranging a replacement.
